Virtual support sessions
JETS Workforce website demos
The JETS Workforce run monthly website demo sessions to help our users navigate the site. During this 1 hour session users will learn:
- how to acquire access to the website
- how to ensure you have the correct access
- learn how to add evidence and complete competencies
The session are free to attend and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. The calendar invite with the dial in details will be sent to you separately. A list of the upcoming session are provided below:

Introduction to JETS Workforce session
Tuesday 30 January, 9.30am - 11.30am
The JETS Workforce team are running this session to provide an overview to new users on the programme. During this session we will:
- provide a background and overview of the programme
- explain the requirements for the programme
- explain the competencies and sub competencies
- cover how to evidence sub competencies
- provide a demonstration on the website
This session will be facilitated by the JETS Workforce team, Dr Phedra Dodds - clinical lead for the programme and Rumneet Ghumman - senior project coordinator. This will be a virtual session taking place virtually and the dial in details will be circulated once you have registered to the session.

JETS Workforce competency framework
Wednesday 4 October 2023, 09.30-11.30am
The JETS Workforce team are running this session to provide an overview to users on the competency framework, the content will include:
- overview of the competency framework structure
- guidance on how the competencies and sub competencies work
- how to create evidence
- roles that need to be set up on the website
This session will be run facilitated by the JETS Workforce team, Dr Phedra Dodds - clinical lead for the programme and Rumneet Ghumman - senior project coordinator.
